Bello e buono davvero! Consiglio di provare il CarbonaraDay che di solito il buon Oreste propone il Martedì! Mai mangiato una carbonara così buona... Grandissimi tutti! Tornerò... Moltissime volte ancora.. Un plus che a molti sembrerà scontato,ma secondo me é importantissimo: le sedie sono comode e stabili come anche i tavoli. A place you do not expect in Piedimonte Matese. All the products are homemade, very good and with an excellent value for money. The place is well done and very well furnished and maintained. A plus that will seem obvious to many, but in my opinion it is very important: the chairs are comfortable and stable as well as the tables.

Una volta assaggiato il cuzzetiello non riuscirai più a farne a meno, ma anche le polpette, ma anche tutto quello che c'è sul menù! Da aggiungere anche l'ottima selezione e scelta di vino. Da Biso si pranza in una sala ampia, pulita, con personale che ti mette a tuo agio con gran simpatia: noi abbiamo mangiato un buon cuozzetiello con polpette fritte, pesto di friarielli e stracciata di mozzarella, il gustoso Panfritto con verdure ed olio forte, un cuozzetiello al piatto con polpette al sugo ed una parmigiana di melanzane. Tutto molto saporito ed in ottima consistenza e sapori. Raccomandato, anche per i prezzi molto interessanti, infatti bevendo però solo dell'acqua per non appesantirci per la visita della zona, abbiamo pagato una trentina d'euro con bicchierino d'amaro offerto come saluto di arrivederci. All very tasty and in excellent texture and flavors. Recommended, also for the very interesting prices, in fact, drinking only water so as not to weigh ourselves down for the visit of the area, we paid thirty euros with a glass of bitter offered as a farewell greeting.
