★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto per la disponibilità efficenza e rapidità, Easy PC riassumo in breve .Avevo necessità di riparare un lettore CD di buona marca, mi reco da un riparatore locale,ma dopo un' infinità di tentavi sempre fallite, il riparatore non è stato in grado di trovare il problema, peraltro azienda conosciuta in zona .Avevo rinunciato e messo da parte il lettore, poi parlando con il cugino della mia compagna, mi ha parlato di Easy PC. Bene, per farla breve, ieri mi sono recato per vedere se il lettore si potesse riparare, questa mattina mi è arrivato il messaggio che era pronto e potevo passare a ritirarlo i.Sono passato a ritirarlo, ho installato il CD, funziona perfettamente come Nuovo .Un incubo durato un anno, ma grazie a Easy PC risolto in meno di 24ore Grazie mille per la vostra efficenza e professionalità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in questo negozio la scheda elettronica della mia caldaia, che si è danneggiata a causa di un guasto elettrico, il personale si è reso disponibile nel cercare di risolvere il problema in giornata(non avevo acqua calda in casa), ho consegnato la scheda alle 11 del mattino al tecnico che avrebbe eseguito la riparazione, anche lui molto gentile e premuroso nel cercare di risolvere nel minor tempo possibile.
Sono stati di parola alle 18 la scheda era pronta, l'ho rimontata ed e' perfettamente funzionante, il costo della riparazione assolutamente onesto tra i 30 e i 40 euro, come anticipato al mattino, facendomi risparmiare 230 euro per la scheda nuova.

Ho acquistato un pc ricondizionato più di due anni fa a un prezzo modestissimo, e per più di due anni ha fatto il suo lavoro in modo eccellente; l'ho portato al negozio qualche mese fa per poterlo aggiornare in quanto per l'uso che ne faccio (produzione musicale, acusmatica e sound design) avevo bisogno di prestazioni maggiori. Mi ha consigliato di passare direttamente a un pc nuovo, proponendomi una scelta relativamente costosa, ma che sarebbe stata necessaria, così ho aspettato per potermelo permettere; con il passare del tempo ho dimenticato
la sua proposta e ho fatto l'errore di affidarmi a un sito online che mi proponeva un pc di prestazioni notevoli a poco più di 600 euro, nuovo.
Il pc non funzionava così ho pensato che se fosse un problema da poco lo avrei fatto aggiustare, ma non era un problema da poco.
Lui ha fatto una diagnosi in pochissimo e mi ha consigliato di restituirlo, consiglio che seguirò immediatamente.
Con i soldi che mi verranno rimborsati acquisterò sicuramente un pc da questo negozio.

Buono e tecnicamente valido il servizio offerto, peccato solo che, dovendo fare tutto da solo, spesso bisogna attendere decine di minuti prima di poter essere serviti. Tra l'altro, l'attesa si deve fare al di fuori del negozio stesso, all'aperto, in quanto lo spazio interno é veramente limitato.

Simone, il gestore, è estremamente competente nel suo campo professionale. Inoltre, possiede una gentilezza senza pari. Non solo risolve con rapida efficacia i vari inconvenienti tecnici riguardanti PC, notebook e smart phone, ma è sempre disponibile e paziente a fornire consigli ed assistenza ai meno competenti, come me.
