Poi dicono limitate gli spostamenti...... è difficilissimo scrivere sul sito che l'ufficio è chiuso per adeguamento???? Peccato che non ci sono 0 stelle se no le avrei date. La peggior azienda con la quale ho avuto a che fare!!!! Totally inefficient and inadequate, bad customer service, they just create problems. C'è l'ulteriore aggravante che agisce in regime di monopolio e quindi oltre all'incapacità di livello galattico si aggiunge anche l'arroganza tipica di questi "carrozzoni" monopolisti. In conclusione una gestione bestiale che produce costi bestiali che come solito si scaricano sulla povera gente. In conclusione: questa mattina ho telefonato al call center Acea per stipulare un contratto di fornitura acqua per la mia nuova casa. L'operatore mi ha chiesto alcuni dati relativi all'utenza precedente da desumere dalla bolletta. Ho fornito tali dati ma.... Sorpresa!!! L'Acea ha cambiato tutti i codici cliente e quindi i dati del mio predecessore li ha perduti. Non avendo questi dati, mi dice l'operatore, lei il contratto non lo può fare. Pazienza dunque, se l'Acea si è persa i dati io l'acqua a casa me la porterò col tubo di gomma dalla fontanella. Non ho parole! Anche perché dovrei essere profondamente volgare.
