S	Sophie Sakalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience - passenger door damaged so that it couldnt open - (car had been moved with the passenger door not shut and was pushed in) - when I showed the men working there they threatened me and we called the police - my son was hysterical in the car as he thought they would physically harm me - NOT worth saving a few euro use a more reputable car parking service.

I was disappointed because I paid for the car wash service but they didn't do it because probably they forgot. Of course they remboursed me, but at the end I didn't get what I expected. Hope next time my experience could be better.
M	Massimiliana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. The car was returned after four hours during which the crew were unable to tell where the car was. To this is added the arrogant attitude of the manager who wanted to minimize waiting times instead of recognizing organizational responsibilities.

They said to my parents "it's out words against yours". So there's nothing we can do. Numero di prenotazione 48490. We have not received any call from you or email. i don't think you want to take any responsabilities about the damage caused to my parents' car. I wrote thereservation number in my review as soon as you asked. My dad told you aboutthe damage immediately when he was at there and not after. You told me him that it was not your fault and that it was "your word against his word" and apparently you write to every complains here that who is complaining is not telling the true. You should have an issurance which covers damages if an accident happens. I really hope people will read these reviews before using your service. ---------------------------------------------------- Of course my parents have an insurance for their car!!!!! The problem is that you DO NOT HAVE one for the damages you cause to your customers. This has never happende before in any parkings we have used in Milano or Bergamo. This has happened only with you.
