★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato a gennaio al negozio per l’acquisto di un passeggino cybex Mios dato l’arrivo di un secondo figlio. Convinti anche dalla dimostrazione sulla praticità del passeggino decidiamo di acquistarlo. Spesa non indifferente per struttura, passeggino, ovetto, struttura per la macchina per agganciare l’ovetto, telo di cotone per rivestire l’ovetto (consegnato subito al pagamento) e infine lo skate da agganciare alla struttura per far salire il secondo figlio. Pagato tutto in anticipo. Tempo di consegna previsto un mesetto. In corso d’opera ci viene comunicato che il colore della struttura con le ruote che avevamo scelto potrebbe arrivare molto più in là e optiamo per cambiare il colore. Per la fine di marzo, quindi con un pochino di ritardo, riceviamo tutto tranne lo skate (personale disponibile a montare il tutto, compreso il montaggio in macchina). Per lo skate problemi di consegna dalla casa madre fino a fine maggio quando finalmente arriva. Andato a prenderlo si scopre che lo skate non è compatibile con la struttura del passeggino che ho acquistato sempre al negozio. La faccenda si chiude con un rimborso. Peccato per i tempi di attesa.

In the course of construction we are informed that the color of the structure with the wheels we had chosen could go much further and we opt for changing the color. For skate delivery problems from the parent company until the end of May when it finally arrives. Going to get it, it turns out that the skate is not compatible with the stroller structure that I always bought at the store. The matter ends with a refund. Too bad for waiting times.
