Mi sono iscritto ad un esame TOEFL attraverso il loro sito e a causa di un loro errore i miei risulati non sono stati mandati alle istituzioni da me specificate. Questo errore ha rischiato di invalidare la mia richiesta di ammissione ad alcune università e ho dovuto spendere 100 euro in più per mandare i risulati separatamente. Una volta informati dell' accaduto non si sono proposti di rimborsare neanche parzialemente la mia spesa. Sconsiglio. Se dovete prenotare un esame TOEFL fatelo direttamente dal sito di ETS. Bad service. I enrolled in a TOEFL exam through their website and because of their mistake my results were not sent to the institutions specified by me. This mistake risked invalidating my application for admission to some universities and I had to spend 100 euros more to send the results separately. Once informed of the incident, they did not offer to refund my expense even partially. I do not recommend. If you need to book a TOEFL exam, do it directly from the ETS website.

A gennaio sono tornato da loro per sostenere il Toeic per arricchire ancora il mio CV. In entrambi i casi mi sono trovato benissimo. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Da consigliare sicuramente Some years ago I prepared for Toefl at Eas obtaining an excellent result. In January I returned to them to support Toeic to further enrich my CV. In both cases I had a great time. Polite and efficient staff. Definitely to be recommended

Sito chiaro e intuitivo, prezzi agevolati per gli studenti e grande disponibilità a rispondere a dubbi e fornire consigli. Ho anche avuto un problema di connessione durante il test e ho ottenuto davvero un'ottima assistenza, a questo proposito vorrei tanto ringraziare Filippo della segreteria, grazie al quale ho potuto portare a termine la mia prova d'esame, che altrimenti avrei rischiato di perdere. I risultati sono stati registrati sul sito in poche ore e sono stati comunicati tempestivamente all'Università, riducendo notevolmente fatica e attesa necessari quando bisogna fornire il certificato all'istituto autonomamente. Non credevo ai miei occhi. Sicuramente il test è impegnativo soprattutto per la durata . Ma sulla gestione nulla da dire . Top di gamma. Anche il sito se uno ha dubbi ce una persona che prontamente risponde alla chat quasi in tempo reale devo dire di essere davvero stupito. Best service and above all But how efficient are you? I have never seen such qualified personnel and such a functional service. I did not believe my eyes. Surely the test is demanding especially for the duration. But nothing to say about management. Top of the range. Even the site if one has doubts there is a person who promptly responds to the chat almost in real time I must say that I am really amazed.
E	Emanuela Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimi. Si pongono come intermediari con ETS ma ammettono di occuparsi solo dell'iscrizione ai test e non seguono il cliente nelle difficoltà. Mio figlio secondo loro, sarebbe stato convocato per il TOEFL il 30 maggio 2020 tramite mail da ETS. La mail non è mai stata ricevuta da mio figlio e quindi è stato ritenuto assente. Alla mia richiesta di produrre copia della di convocazione e soprattutto copia dell'accettazione di mio figlio della data proposta per l'esame, rispondono che devo chiedere IO a ETS! Rivoglio i soldi che ho pagato per l'iscrizione al test mi sono rivolta a loro per avere un servizio di intermediazione efficiente e puntuale. Sono veramente molto arrabbiata bad. They act as intermediaries with ETS but admit that they only take care of registration for tests and do not follow the customer in difficulties. According to them, my son would have been called up for the TOEFL on May 30, 2020 via email from ETS. The email was never received by my son and therefore he was deemed absent. At my request to produce a copy of the convocation and above all a copy of my son's acceptance of the date proposed for the exam, they reply that I have to ask ETS for ME! I want back the money I paid for the test registration and I turned to them for an efficient and punctual brokerage service. I am really very angry

A couple of hours right after the test session, they have promptly sent the result to the Politecnico di Milano as requested in the registration form. Moreover, by Premium session you are able to perform the exam using computer. The headphone in the Listening part is the biggest advantage. Then the reading part is also acceptable. The possible answers are listed on the right side and easy for a skimming/scanning procedure. By strategy you can save extra time to review the reading part twice! On the other hand, passing the TOEIC exam is all about tactic! Good luck!
