My wife and I recommend that you do so with Tour Guide Elena Trabucchi. With her you will learn why Bologna is noted for its food, its red bricks, and as a learning center. She was magnifient in her pacing, in her deciprtions of the sites as well as the culture and history that abounds this wonderful city.
