Peggio di così.. A	Alessio G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi discosto da quanto scrivono altri utenti, in quanto, sebbene sia vero che al telefono è impossibile parlare e che per presentare le domande si debba per forza recarsi in un CAF o altri uffici associati, io ho sempre ricevuto tutti i rimborsi richiesti. Ci vogliono mesi, questo è vero ( ad ottobre 2019 ho presentato domanda anzianità ed ho ricevuto accredito ad aprile 2020), però, essendo questa la terza volta che ne faccio richiesta, sapevo che avrei dovuto attendere. Idem per acquisto lenti da vista, che rieffettuerò quest'anno. Tra l'altro, quando mia moglie era in attesa del terzo figlio, ho presentato domanda per sussidio natalità ( non ricordo il nome esatto della prestazione ) e mancava un documento e loro mi hanno richiamato più volte per sollecitarne l'invio, dato che credevo fosse una richiesta per la domanda presentata dalla sua azienda dove lavorava e non per la nostra personale richiesta.
