Ambiente accogliente e ben rifornito, su questo nulla da dire. Il problema grosso l'abbiamo riscontrato con il personale. Non so se siamo stati sfortunati noi, ma la persona che ci è stata assegnata e che avrebbe dovuto seguirci è stata pessima. Al di là del fatto che ha portato del soggettivo in un contesto inadeguato (avremmo gradito un briciolo di professionalità), la prima domanda che ci ha fatto è stata "chi è il vostro idraulico?". Da lì, non conoscendolo evidentemente, è stato un susseguirsi di scuse per evitare di darci soluzioni e idee. L'incontro si è concluso con un "non vi posso aiutare anche perché capite bene che poi magari il vostro idraulico non compra nemmeno da noi i sanitari". Non comprendendo molto bene questo modo di lavorare anche perché avevamo solo bisogno di farci un'idea noi sui sanitari (e nulla ci avrebbe impedito di acquistare qui l'intera fornitura o anche solo parte della stessa), indipendentemente dell'idraulico, abbiamo preferito uscire e rivolgerci altrove dove abbiamo trovato più professionalità. From there, obviously not knowing him, it was a succession of excuses to avoid giving us solutions and ideas. The meeting ended with a "I can't help you also because you understand well that maybe your plumber doesn't even buy the sanitary ware from us". Not understanding this way of working very well also because we just needed to get an idea of the bathroom fixtures (and nothing would have prevented us from buying the entire supply or even part of it here), regardless of the plumber, we preferred to go out. and go elsewhere where we have found more professionalism.

Gentilissimi in fase di vendita, disposti a cercare campioni e a consigliare le migliori soluzione, senza nessuna professionalità e abbondante menefreghismo nel seguire l'ordine che è partito 20 giorni dopo la nostra conferma, senza neanche preoccuparsi a verificare come mai non è stato evaso nei termini stabiliti. Nessuno sa niente, nessuno ti dà informazioni, nessuno è competente. Ho dovuto fare io numerose telefonate con difficoltà per riuscire a sapere "qualcosa" di più preciso visto che la Ditta Arbi che doveva consegnare i mobili i soldi dai privati li riceve ma le telefonate no!!! Si vede che ha troppi reclami. Probabilmente non hanno necessità di vendere.

Tutti gli impiegati chini a scrivere o a guardare il pc, nessuno che si degni di fornire assistenza o anche solo di salutare, nemmeno quello a cui abbiamo chiesto un metro per prendere due misure. E questo è il "servizio" incluso nel prezzo che si paga Non-existent service.
