V	Valentin Furtuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon giorno, ieri 28 gennaio 2019 il tecnico della Duo e venuto a casa mia per una problema della caldaia Sime (perdita di pressione nel impianto) ha svuotato completamente l'impianto dei termosifoni, ha cambiato un robinetto alla caldaia e ha caricato l'impianto di nuovo senza mai aprire le valvole dei termosifoni per eliminare l'aria del impianto(stupido anche io di non rendermene conto) . Stamattina mi sveglio con la caldaia tutta in blocco. Non vuol saper accendersi. Mezz'ora di lavoro 55 Euro per portarmi la caldaia in blocco. Ho 2 figli piccoli e stamattina si devono alzare con 17 gradi di temperatura in casa. Complimenti veramente siete dei PROFESSIONISTI. Credo che stamattina a casa vostra sono sempre 17 gradi. Caldaia bloccata ne acqua calda ne riscaldamento e, la risposta che ottengo è : tutti i tecnici sono impegnati nelle manutenzioni programmate . Programmate? Ma qui si tratta di un intervento urgente, dovevamo programmare il blocco della caldaia con largo anticipo?. Siamo al freddo! Rispondo al proprietario. Sono ormai 2 giorni non mi avete ancora contattato. From a day and a half I call them for an urgency. A	Alberto Pileri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tecnico si è presentato con 1 ora e mezza di ritardo, forse convinto di essere l'unico a dover lavorare nel mondo, nel chiudere e riaprire il rubinetto principale di casa ha involontariamente spostato lo scarico della lavatrice che appena lui è andato via ha cominciato ad allagare l'abitazione, chiamato l'ufficio allarmati per avvisarli che la casa si stava allagando hanno risposto: appena ritorna il tecnico in sede la richiamiamo, più sentiti (beh, che vuoi, era ora di pausa pranzo) nonostante abbiamo provato a richiamare. Riepilogo: 140€ di intervento; Giornata di lavoro persa; Mobili del bagno (nuovi) rovinati; Tappeti da buttare; 4 ore di lavoro per raccogliere, asciugare e lavare tutta la casa; Il tutto nell'indifferenza totale dell'azienda e del tecnico che sono andati bellamente a pranzo pagati da noi. Un consiglio? Rivolgetevi a chiunque altro. Li ho chiamati 3 volte, mi hanno promesso di ricontattarmi per un sopralluogo e anche un probabile preventivo di sostituzione caldaia ma... il nulla. Quattro giorni dopo sono ancora al freddo e non posso lavarmi e al quarto tentativo di contatto non sapevano nemmeno che avessi fatto le precedenti telefonate... Per fortuna ho trovato un'impresa che senza conoscermi ha capito la mia emergenza, cosa che loro proprio non hanno fatto.... Forse meglio così... adesso pagherò 90 euro invece dei loro 110 euro di manutenzione annuale... Il tecnico che è venuto a casa mia è stato molto educato e professionale ed abbiamo parlato di sicurezza mentre faceva il suo lavoro. Inoltre mi ha proposto hn abbonamento di manutenzione annuale per poter risparmiare sulla tariffa. Azienda molto seria e precisa consiglio vivamente. The company deals with assistance for Sime brand boilers. The technician who came to my house was very polite and professional and we talked about safety while doing his job. He also offered me an annual maintenance subscription in order to save on the fee. Very serious and precise company, I highly recommend.
