A novembre ho telefonato per avere un riscontro e hanno detto che avrebbero richiamato per dirmi qualcosa. Nei primi giorni di dicembre ho richiamato, ma sempre senza risposte in merito, chiedendo solo di avere almeno una data di consegna reale, sarei stato disposto ad aspettare ancora: niente!! Il giorno 20 dicembre sono andato in azienda a riprendermi una anta del mio mobile che avevano in magazzino a campione per il colore. Ho disdetto il lavoro e senza battere ciglio hanno accettato, a conferma che in quella data (a quasi 6 mesi dall'ordine), non avevano ancora iniziato a produrle. Sono anche io un funzionario di vendita e se trattassi i miei clienti in questo modo, avrei vergogna a guardarli in faccia. Azienda a mio parere poco seria! I ordered two doors in July 2020 with guaranteed delivery in September. In November I called to get a response and they said they would call back to tell me something. In the first days of December I called back, but always without answers on the matter, asking only to have at least a real delivery date, I would have been willing to wait again: nothing !! On December 20, I went to the company to take back a door of my furniture that they had in stock as a sample for the color. I canceled the job and without batting an eye they accepted, confirming that on that date (almost 6 months after the order), they had not yet started producing them. I am also a sales officer and if I treated my customers this way, I would be ashamed to look them in the face. In my opinion, a company not very serious!

Gli operai sono stati molto attenti sia nel montaggio delle porte, sia nella rifinitura e soprattutto sono stati attenti a non rovinare niente in casa(pareti, scala per accedere al piano superiore, soffitti, ecc.). Alessandro il titolare è stato sempre molto disponibile ad ogni mia esigenza e chiamata telefonica...per qualsiasi dubbio o chiarimento rivolgetevi a lui non esiterà ad aiutarvi. Consiglio vivamente questa ditta per la professionalità, la puntualità nella posa e per ultimo ma non meno importante per la qualità delle porte e dei materiali utilizzati.
