★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace molto ma oggi ho avuto l'ennesima occasione per vedere quanto il personale manca di professionalità. Non capisco cosa costa salutare quando un cliente entra nel bar.
Neanche un sorriso, un saluto, uno sguardo.
Testa bassa e avanti.
Fare la barista non è solo saper fare la crema sul cappuccino è anche rendere l'ambiente armonioso e allegro, anche se la gente al giorno d'oggi non è facile da vivere.
 I'm very sorry but today I had yet another opportunity to see how the staff lack professionalism. I don't understand what it costs to greet when a customer walks into the bar.
Not even a smile, a greeting, a look.
Head down and forward.
Being a barista is not just knowing how to make cream on cappuccino, it is also making the environment harmonious and cheerful, even if people today are not easy to live with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio anzi ancora.peggio... attesa infinita perché il personale e impegnato con conversazioni personali tra di loro. Nessuna cura verso il cliente. Molto disorganizzate. Sempre peggio.
Bad service, even worse. Infinite wait because the staff is busy with personal conversations between them. No customer care. Very disorganized. Getting worse.

Le due ragazze al banco sono di un'inefficienza assurda. Sono tutto tranne che professionali. Chiacchierano tra di loro dando le spalle al cliente, come non ci fosse nessuno nel locale.
Quando hanno deciso di darci retta, Abbiamo ordinato al banco e ce lo siamo portati noi al tavolo un cappuccio che ho pagato davvero troppo
( € 2,20 ) ed un caffè ( € 1,20 ), totale € 3,40. Il prezzo del cappuccio è assurdo, fuori mercato. Una delle ragazze mi ha guardato in quanto si è accorta che ci sono rimasto male e mi ha detto :"hanno aumentato i prezzi".
Oltretutto il locale è anche sporchino.
Che dire... io di sicuro non ci metterò più piede.

The two girls at the counter are absurdly inefficient. They are anything but professional. They chat with each other with their backs to the customer, as if there was no one in the room.
When they decided to listen to us, we ordered at the counter and we brought a hood to the table that I paid really too much
(€ 2.20) and a coffee (€ 1.20), total € 3.40. The price of the cap is absurd, out of the market. One of the girls looked at me as she realized that I was upset and told me: "they have raised the prices".
Besides, the place is also dirty.
What can I say ... I certainly won't set foot there again.

I can't give zero stars and I'm sorry. A bad piadina. The raw ham inside probably dates back to the Lombard period. Horrible the taste that leaves in the mouth and there is not even the bathroom to brush your teeth immediately. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulizia scadente, tavoli vecchi(forse sarà da rinnovare questo locale),e sporchi, l'igiene qui non c'è. Come non c'è il bagno del resto, è inaudito non avere un toilette. Personale sgarbato e di poca professionalità,ci sono stati fatti 2 aperitivi che erano acqua 'sporca',del aperol neanche l'ombra.
Almeno la decenza di ripulire i tavoli,ci vuole! Non torno più!
Poor cleaning, old tables (perhaps this place will need to be renovated), and dirty, there is no hygiene here. As there is no bathroom for that matter, it is unheard of not to have a toilet. Rude and unprofessional staff, there were 2 aperitifs that were 'dirty' water, not even the shadow of the aperol.
At least the decency to clean up the tables, it takes! I'm not coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our favorite coffee pause place, after shopping time, it's not random that is always plenty of people, it's an excellent place to have one of the best ginseng coffee in the zone. Staff is kind and service is fast, I highly recommend it.
