Competenza, cortesia e altrettanta pazienza di fronte alle nostre incessanti domande in merito al prodotto. Ci sono venuti incontro applicando un generoso sconto e omaggiando diversi accessori. Non è da poco. Ma professionalità e cordialità al primo posto. Consigliatissimo. I bought my e-bike a week ago. I am super satisfied. Excellent bike. Competence, courtesy and just as much patience in the face of our incessant questions about the product. They came to meet us by applying a generous discount and paying homage to various accessories. Li ho trovati quasi per caso, li ho contattati per chiedergli se avessero la bici che cercavo e me l’hanno fatta trovare pronta prima che arrivassi (più di quanto desiderassi) ma appena arrivata avevano così tanta scelta che sono rimasta lì a scegliere per almeno 30 min. Nonostante la lunga scelta poi ci ho ripensato e li ho contattati in preda all’imbarazzo perché volevo cambiare colore (un capriccio insomma. premetto che la bici io non l’ho neanche toccata nel weekend perché non sono neanche stata a Palermo e poi non volevo sporcarla dato che la volevo cambiare) e loro mi hanno ACCONTENTATA!!! Torno adesso dal loro graziosissimo, ordinatissimo store ed ero felicissima di raccontare a tutti la mia esperienza!!! Se cercate bici andate lì perché davvero non c’è di meglio!!! I bought my bike on Friday. I found them almost by chance, I contacted them to ask them if they had the bike I was looking for and they made me find it ready before I arrived (more than I wanted) but as soon as I arrived they had so much choice that I stayed there to choose for at least 30 min. Despite the long choice, then I thought about it and contacted them in embarrassment because I wanted to change color (a whim in short. dirty it since I wanted to change it) and they satisfied me !!! I'm back now from their very nice, very tidy store and I was very happy to tell everyone about my experience !!! If you are looking for bikes, go there because it really doesn't get any better !!!
