★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo in sospeso la sostituzione del manubrio della mia Scott acquistata marzo 2019, poco tempo dopo mi presentavo al negozio ed i nuovi gestori mi rispondevano che non potevano sostituirmelo perchè non potevano affrontare questa spesa. Un consiglio, non vi atteggiate a grandi imprenditori quando non avete neanche la possibilità di sostituire un manubrio in una bicicletta. RIDICOLI
I had suspended the replacement of the handlebar of my Scott purchased in March 2019, shortly afterwards I showed up at the store and the new managers answered that they could not replace me because they could not face this expense. A word of advice, do not take big entrepreneurs when you do not even have the possibility of replacing a handlebar in a bicycle. RIDICULOUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo al porto di Palermo felice di essere in vacanza con la mia specialized epic carbon quando mi rendo conto che non avevo portato con me le scarpe. Tragedia!! Entro in questo negozio e la disperazione lascia il posto al buon umore grazie alla gentilezza e simpatia del personale. Fortunatamente mi hanno salvato proponendomi un paio di northwave ad un prezzo a dir poco eccezionale.. E con un piccolo sforzo hanno compreso nel prezzo anche le tacchette shimano spd. Grazie ragazzi. Sarete il mio punto di riferimento ogni qualvolta verrò in vacanza dalle vostre parti.
I arrive at the port of Palermo happy to be on vacation with my specialized epic carbon when I realize that I hadn't brought my shoes with me. Tragedy!! I enter this shop and despair gives way to good humor thanks to the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Fortunately they saved me by offering me a pair of northwaves at an exceptional price to say the least. And with a little effort they also included the shimano spd cleats in the price. Thank you guys. You will be my point of reference every time I come on vacation in your area.

Scarsa serietà professionale, come altri ti appioppano bici non idonee per misura e ti vendono scarpe senza adeguato supporto di tacchetto ben installato, utile a farti cadere e provocare la frattura dello scafoide!! Bravi.
My experience goes back a few years to the truth, but I see that others have something to say. Poor professional seriousness, like others, they grab bikes unsuitable for size and sell you shoes without adequate well-installed cleat support, useful to make you fall and cause a scaphoid fracture !! Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo negozio per chi intende iniziare ad addentrarsi nel mondo del ciclismo. Ho acquistato la mia prima bici entry level, e oggi se dovesse avere qualche problema non mi farei problemi a portarla da Bicitalia, perché trovo personale competente e molto amichevole.
Excellent shop for those who want to start entering the world of cycling. I bought my first entry level bike, and today if it should have any problems I would have no problem taking it to Bicitalia, because I find competent and very friendly staff.
