Bar con ottimi caffè ed aperitivi, consiglio il prosecco con china martini. Crescia, piadina, pizza e fritti semplicemente top. Lo staff ti fa sentire a casa con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità, tanto preziose quanto rare. Menzione speciale per Giordano e Giovanni. If it were possible, I would select 6 stars. In Gubbio it is by far my favorite place. Bar with excellent coffee and aperitifs, I recommend the prosecco with china martini. Crescia, piadina, pizza and fried simply top. The staff makes you feel at home with their kindness and availability, as precious as they are rare. Special mention for Giordano and Giovanni.

Ho provato a farmi dare la ricetta ma niente da fare...ogni volta che torno a Gubbio è tappa fissa. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono poi sono gentilissimi e prezzi giusti. Perhaps the best piadina I've ever eaten, different from the one from Romagna but very good. I tried to get the recipe but nothing to do ... every time I go back to Gubbio it is a fixed stop. The guys who run it are very kind and fair prices.
P	Professional man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza sottilissima e secca sembrava di mangiare il pane azzimo, per aver messo anziché mozzarella normale quella di bufala e un po' di prosciutto il prezzo da 8€ è arrivato a 11€ senza neanche essere avvisato in più non c'erano le scaglie di tartufo ma Oglio di tartufo. Sconsiglio vivamente non so come faccia ad avere 4 stelle forse non avete mai mangiata una pizza vera Dato che non posso rispondere al seguente commento continuo qui, amico rileggi il menu allora perché se non sai neanche cosa vendi sta solo peggiorando la situa, anche perché è venuta la cameriera andando a specificare che non avevano le scaglie ma l’olio e io le ho detto ok,il problema non è il tartufo e aggiungere 3€ senza avvisare e far pagare 11€ una pizza di cartone. Abbiamo trovato personale estremamente cortese e molto efficiente, una grande offerta di pizza, piadine e crescia con ingredienti di prima qualità. Alla fine ce la siamo presa con calma e ci siamo gustati anche un ottimo dessert. Super cordiali anche coi bambini. Punteggio pieno decisamente meritato! We happened upon the Dry Bar by chance, in the middle of Easter day in the hope of a quick lunch to resume the visit to the city. We found extremely courteous and very efficient staff, a great offer of pizza, wraps and crescia with top quality ingredients. In the end we took it easy and enjoyed an excellent dessert too. Super friendly even with children. Definitely deserved full marks!

Abbiamo mangiato la Crescia anche in altri posti, ma come queste non ci arrivano! C'è la possibilità di farcirla con quanti ingredienti si voglia pur mantenendo un prezzo giusto ed uguale ad altri posti! Crescia buonissima a dir poco (foto allegate) consigliatissimo! Personale molto gentile! I went there 3 times in 3 days with my partner, we were really satisfied! We have eaten the Crescia also in other places, but like these they don't reach us! There is the possibility of filling it with as many ingredients as you want while maintaining a fair and equal price to other places! It grows very good to say the least (photos attached) highly recommended! Very nice staff!
