Bomboniere per matrimonio ordinate i primi di febbraio e a meno di 4 mesi dal matrimonio ci chiamano prima dicendoci che le bomboniere avevano subito un rincaro di prezzo e inizialmente avevamo accettato, mancando poco al matrimonio, non sapendo dove andare a sbattere la testa e nonostante avessimo pattuito precedentemente il prezzo e lasciato anche un acconto.. Ma lasciando stare l'aumento di prezzo, dopo tre settimane, ci contattano dicendoci che la ditta non avrebbe potuto spedirle nei tempi prefissati.. Questo perchè? Perché anzicchè ordinarle quando le abbiamo prenotate noi, hanno lasciato passare il tempo così da metterci all'ultimo in difficoltà.. Zero affidabilità.. Grazie dream home per averci arrecato questo enorme danno ?? mai più!! Spero sia stato un caso isolato e che sia realmente colpa della ditta fornitrice
Super negative experience .. Wedding favors ordered in early February and less than 4 months before the wedding they call us first telling us that the favors had undergone a price increase and we initially accepted, shortly missing the wedding, not knowing where to hit the head and although we had previously agreed on the price and also left a deposit .. But leaving aside the price increase, after three weeks, they contact us telling us that the company could not have sent them within the set times .. Why? Because instead of ordering them when we booked them, they let the time pass so as to put us in trouble at the last minute .. Zero reliability .. Thanks dream home for having caused us this enormous damage ?? never again !! I hope it was an isolated case and that it is really the fault of the supplier company
