In definitiva la considero una palestra sufficiente oer i seguenti motivi: Mensile per sala pesi alto per gli attrezzi che ha ed il poco spazio a disposizione. Inoltre, fastidioso il fatto di salire al primo piano per utilizzare gli altri attrezzi. Zona cardio, chi ha installato il televisore non ha valutato l altezza, visto che è scomodissimo guardarlo a chi fa utilizzo del tappeto. Corsi di funzionale: svolto da personale competente. Unica pecca, vengoni svolti lunedì-merc-venerdi uno la mattina ed uno la sera. Peccato, perché il tipo di allenamento è davvero ottimo e viene proposto poche volte. Ultimo, non è possibile che dopo due anni di periodo di covid la palestra abbia degli orari comodi, quali: da lunedi a venerdì 09:00-22:00 e sabato e domenica chiusi. Per tutte queste ragioni considero questa palestra sufficiente. Il mio commento spero sia uno sprone per i proprietari, visto che sono persone competenti, con grandi doti umane e che possono offrire un servizio più accurato. Diamo successo a questa palestra. Never give up "DREAM FITNESS"! ? I have toured many gyms with different services and splits. Ultimately I consider it a sufficient gym for the following reasons: High weight room monthly for the tools it has and the little space available. Furthermore, it is annoying to go up to the first floor to use the other tools. Cardio zone, whoever installed the TV did not evaluate the height, since it is very uncomfortable to watch it for those who use the mat. Functional courses: carried out by competent personnel. The only flaw, they are held Monday-Wednesday-Friday one in the morning and one in the evening. Too bad, because the type of training is really great and is offered a few times. Lastly, it is not possible that after two years of covid period the gym has convenient hours, such as: Monday to Friday 09: 00-22: 00 and Saturday and Sunday closed. For all these reasons I consider this gym to be sufficient. I hope my comment is a spur for the owners, since they are competent people, with great human skills and who can offer a more accurate service. Let's make this gym successful. Never give up "DREAM FITNESS"! ?
