È incredibile quanti esercizi conosce, ci vado da un anno e spesso rimango stupefatto dal suo bagaglio di conoscenze, è allucinante! Gli allenamenti sono duri, ma è così lavorando sodo che si ottengono i risultati. Tranquilli che da Gas, quando ci si sta un ora, questa basta ed avanza e i risultati sono tangibili. Boot Camp Gas? Gas è molto preparato e attento alle esigenze di ogni singolo individuo ed è per questo che i suoi allenamenti sono alla portata di tutti, anche per i non giovanissimi. Gas richiede impegno e voglia di fare ,ma accetta sportivi di ogni livello. Sono tre anni (ora ho 46 anni)che frequento i suoi corsi, non ero una sportiva e forse non lo sono neppure ora, ma di certo frequentare il boot camp gas mi ha cambiato molto e lo consiglio vivamente! A magical place, where you feel at home! You work hard, very often you think you can't do it, but gas is a great motivator. Gas is very prepared and attentive to the needs of each individual and that is why his training is available to everyone, even for the very young. Gas requires commitment and desire to do, but accepts sportsmen of all levels. I have been attending his classes for three years (I am now 46 years old), I was not a sportswoman and maybe I am not even now, but certainly attending the boot camp gas has changed me a lot and I highly recommend it!
