Sia a chi preferisce un percorso più breve volto ad apprendere le basi della difesa personale sia a chi ha voglia di impegnarsi in un più lungo percorso volto al conoscimento delle arti marziali. Il Maestro, Marco, è preparatissimo dal punto di vista tecnico e teorico, davvero eccellente! L'ambiente all'interno della scuola, seppur non del tutto informale, è amichevole e gioviale: ci si aiuta reciprocamente, ci si confronta sia con uomini che con donne e ci si abitua al contatto fisico con gli altri. Le discipline sono meno convenzionali (selfe defence, close combat, kali, pencak silat) e quindi a maggior ragione meritano di essere provate! Consigliatissimo,voto 10+! I really recommend the Dragon Academy to everyone! Both for those who prefer a shorter path aimed at learning the basics of self-defense and for those who want to engage in a longer path aimed at knowing martial arts. The Maestro, Marco, is very well prepared from a technical and theoretical point of view, truly excellent! The environment inside the school, although not entirely informal, is friendly and jovial: we help each other, we compare ourselves with both men and women and we get used to physical contact with others. The disciplines are less conventional (selfe defense, close combat, kali, pencak silat) and therefore all the more they deserve to be tried! Highly recommended, vote 10+!
