Il servizio di consulenza in negozio è stato preciso, cordiale e molto onesto nelle informazioni fornite. Il servizio di consegna anche. Essendoci trovati bene, pochi giorni fa siamo stati di nuovo nel negozio di Parona per acquistare un letto (struttura e rete) e siamo stati attentamente seguiti nella scelta. Oltre al fatto che la rosa delle possibilità entro le quali scegliere è veramente ampissima, sia per le strutture che per la scelta dei tessuti, il preventivo è stato compilato di fronte ai nostri occhi in maniera del tutto trasparente specificando ogni voce, ci sono stati applicati degli sconti e, inoltre, cosa non secondaria, abbiamo appreso che il pagamento si fa alla consegna, diversamente da quanto ci era stato preventivato in altri luoghi. Il nostro giudizio ad oggi quindi è molto positivo su qualità dei prodotti, qualità della consulenza e prezzi. Deciding on the correct mattress can seem a little overwhelming, but after having a variety of options clearly explained to me, with no pressure to favour any particular product, I was very happy to opt for a hybrid between springs and memory foam. The store is bright and well-laid out and Mattia was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, as well as being extremely patient with my somewhat limited Italian. I cannot recommend it more highly.
