Ma ci sono momenti in cui se non stanno bene occuparsi della loro salute può essere molto complicato!!! E cosi è stato con la nostra Minnie ma la Dr Iannacone a cui mi sono rivolta non solo è rouscita a salvarla con l'intervento chirurgico e le cure, ma mi ha supportata e guidata passo dopo passo in tutto il periodo della convalescenza coinvolgendomi in ogni scelta e incoraggiandomi nei momenti difficili. Sempre disponibile, ineccepibile professionalità, rigore accompagnato da affetto e cordialità: questa è la dottoressa Iannacone che si dedica al suo lavoro senza risparmiarsi e con competenze a 360° Grazieeeee!!!!! La ringrazio ancora per la disponibilità e competenza ed ovviamente in brevissimo tempo. N. B. Consiglio solo a chi la volesse contattare di mandarle un messaggio su wapp, perché è sempre molto occupata quindi non riesce materialmente a rispondere al telefono, ma su wapp immediata come una scheggia. Consigliatissima!!!!??? È competente, professionale,educata,molto empatica,tanto che mi ritengo davvero fortunata di conoscerla, perché persone così se ne trovano poche. Mi ha anche consigliato su come regolarmi con le allergie agli acari di mio figlio, per le quali ho dovuto mio malgrado trovare altra sistemazione per la canarina Mia. Perché la dottoressa ha anche contatti con una associazione per il recupero e ricollocamento di animali esotici, e devo dire che anche in questo caso è stata di una sensibilità unica, in mare di persone spesso non preparate e pure un po' "fanatiche". S	Sergio Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 1 stella perchè non posso metterne 0 Pessima esperienza,col nostro animaletto,una calopsitta che ho portato perchè non era troppo in forma, dopo 1 visita ,( che ho pagato non poco,visitata dal sostituto che ha prescritto e somministrato antibiotico che sicuramente non era adatto visto che poi è stato cambiato quasi subito dalla dottoressa), l animaletto non si riprendeva e nonostante le mie chiamate,messaggi wapp (letti dopo 4/5 giorni) mi sono sentito porgere le scuse(ho i mess voc) perchè la dottoressa diceva che non poteva occuparsi del mio animaletto,e che se aveva bisogno dovevo rivolgermi ad altri!! Cosa che avrebbe potuto/dovuto dirmi da subito e non dopo circa 1 mese di non contatti da parte sua, Adesso ho dovuto ricoverare il mio pappagallino in altra clinica sperando che persone piu serie e competenti curino e guariscano il mio pappagallo,che è importante per noi piu di 1 parente Sconsiglio vivamente l approcio a questa struttura e visto le altre recensioni non mi sento di aver torto I put 1 star because I can't put 0 Bad experience, with our pet, a cockatiel that I brought because it was not too fit, after 1 visit, (which I paid a lot, visited by the substitute who prescribed and administered antibiotic which was certainly not suitable since it was then changed almost immediately by the doctor), the pet did not recover and despite my calls, wapp messages (read after 4/5 days) I felt an apology (I have the mess voc) because the doctor said that she could not take care of my pet , and that if he needed I had to turn to others !!
