r	roberto iannucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima.Accompagno mia figlia,maggiorenne, a fare una pulizia e sbiancamento(groupon) io aspetto in sala d'attesa.Dopo qualche minuto sento che si lamenta e chiede di potersi vedere allo specchio in quanto più volte veniva pizzicata al labbro e alla gengiva dallo strumento utilizzato per la pulizia.Dopodiché sento che chiede per più volte di farmi entrare nello studio ma quando sento"qual'è il problema di far entrare mio padre" non esito un istante e entro all'interno.Mia figlia ha diversi taglietti all'interno della bocca e a questo punto prosegue il lavoro un sedicente dentista che alla fine di tutto fa presente che lo sbiancamento anche se pagato non è necessario e ci propone di coprire il mancato lavoro con una otturazione..come essere da un panettiere manca la michetta e ti offro la ciabatta..consiglio a tutti di non andare Bad. Il mio voto si riferisce al dentista. Mi fa il controllo, dicendomi che ho un sacco di carie, dicendomi che più della metà dei dentisti mi avrebbero suggerito di curarle "prima che sia troppo tardi". Vede che ho dei denti del giudizio uscenti da controllare, non fa nemmeno una radiografia. Senza nemmeno che lo chiedessi, inizia a suggerirmi una data per curarle, partendo in quarta a parlare di prezzo singolo, sconto e prezzo finale, quasi insistendo, indirettamente, nel convincermi di curarle. Non mi sono fidata. Vado da un altro dentista (di fiducia), che mi dice che sono carie tanto piccole che non esiste strumento in grado di non attaccare lo smalto sano. Anche a me, dopo la visita conoscitiva, ha proposto di curare tutte le carie. Ho fatto resistenza, nel curarle, perché avevo un molare infiammato e ho chiesto di farmelo estrarre. Quando vado a togliere i punti in seguito all'estrazione del molare, 10 minuti circa, chiedo di fare anche la pulizia dei denti. Risposta: Non ho tempo. Sinceramente mi sono cadute le braccia. Ho pagato sempre, e non poco, subito con bancomat senza battere ciglio tutte le visite. Quando sono entrato nello studio non c'era nessuno in attesa e nemmeno quando sono uscito. Sono rimasto molto deluso dall'atteggiamento. Sulla bravura non si discute, anche come mi ha fatto l'anestesia, molto bravo. La beffa è stata quando mi è arrivata la ricevuta a casa di una pulizia dei denti che non ho fatto. Lascio la definizione di cliente che mi hanno insegnato lavorando in un'azienda di successo: il cliente può licenziare chiunque, partendo dal presidente, semplicemente spendendo i suoi soldi da un'altra parte.
