★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a fare alcuni interventi in bocca presso la clinica di Castelmaggiore, mi sento di consigliare a tutti di farvi seguire dai medici che si trovano in questa struttura, molto pulita, puntuali negli appuntamenti attenti e scrupolosi. Mi è stata fatta una prima visita gratuita molto attenta e scrupolosa, dopo di che il dottor Pietro mi ha illustrato nei minimi particolari i vari interventi a cui mi sarei dovuto sottoporre. Rispondendo a ogni mia perplessità... Dopo un paio di giorni sono stato contattato per fissare tutti gli appuntamenti per i lavori da fare e ieri ho effettuato i primi impianti devo dire che da fifone come sono non ho sentito alcun dolore ma questo grazie anche allo staff molto attento e scrupoloso. Mi sento di consigliare a tutti voi di prendere in considerazione questa clinica con un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

I was given a very careful and scrupulous first free visit, after which Dr. Pietro explained to me in detail the various interventions that I would have to undergo. Responding to all my doubts ... After a couple of days I was contacted to fix all the appointments for the work to be done and yesterday I carried out the first implants I must say that as a coward as I am I did not feel any pain but this is also thanks to the very attentive and scrupulous staff. I would like to advise all of you to consider this clinic with an excellent quality / price ratio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tante le cose da dire...in sintesi: ESPERIENZA TERRBILE, ti rimbalzano da una parte e all'altra ma questo non è niente rispetto al fatto che sto aspettando un rimborso per cure non eseguite da 4 mesi. Ho parlato con la consulente Laura che mi ha falsamente detto che avrei avuto cio' che mi spetta ed invece nulla. Nessuno sa niente. Perdite di tempo e tutti se ne lavano le mani, ho capito che per riavere cio' che mi spetta dovrò rivolgermi per altre vie. Personale che chiede di anticipare importanti somme di denaro per iniziare a fare le cure e poi quando si tratta di ridare indietro anche poche centinaia di euro come nel mio caso, temporeggiano mesi e mesi. Incompetenza unica...assolutamente DA EVITARE!
So many things to say ... in summary: TERRBLE EXPERIENCE, they bounce from one side to the other but this is nothing compared to the fact that I am waiting for a refund for treatments not performed for 4 months. I spoke to the consultant Laura who falsely told me that I would have what I am entitled to and instead nothing. Nobody knows anything. Waste of time and everyone wash their hands, I understand that to get back what is due to me I will have to turn to other ways. Staff who ask to advance large sums of money to start taking care and then when it comes to giving back even a few hundred euros as in my case, they delay months and months. Unique incompetence ... absolutely TO AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Non lo consiglio a nessuno! Dopo una otturatione a un dente a una bimba di 4 anni e venuto l'infectione! Ritornati,loro ci hanno mandato a un altra clinica,non possono fare niente,non lavorano con i bambini!! Ma scherziamo...abbiamo pagato...e anche molto...siete da denunciare...e lo faremo di sicuro...non giocate con i bambini...quel medico...se si può chiamare medico che a fatto questo alla mia bambina non a neanche diritto di fare una ricetta..ne anestesia...cretini ...per i soldi fate di tutto...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa lunghissimi e non sanno mai spiegarti bene cosa devi fare. L'unica cosa che gli preme è mandarti dal consulente per fare un preventivo. Ovviamente c'è sempre da fare qualcosa di costoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo appuntamento per fare una pulizia dei denti, ma prima mi hanno detto che dovevo passare una visita, appuntamento alle ore 11 30 .Dopo che mi sono passate davanti altre persone con appuntamenti dopo il mio me ne sono andato. Era la prima visita, se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino..meglio andarsene.
