★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ne avevo sentito parlare molto bene, ha macchinari d'avanguardia ma una gestione troppo approssimativa, appuntamenti verbali a + persone allo stesso orario, si procede secondo ordine di arrivo, x chi ha tempo e pazienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambulatorio ha molte attrezzature importanti tipo TAC ecc perciò ci si può andare per diverse esigenze. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la logistica...per passare da una parte all'altra dell'ambulatorio si deve uscire...

Professionalism and zero organization. In this pandemic period, too many people in the office without any control and doors open to everyone without any precautions. The doctor goes out and enters other adjacent rooms to visit patients without any foresight.

Parlo del Dr. Di Lorenzo in persona con cui avevo concordato un appuntamento per un trattamento di onde d'urto.
Eravamo rimasti d'accordo che mi avrebbe trattato come primo paziente avendo l'esigenza di andare a lavoro subito dopo.
Una volta lì non si ricordava nemmeno chi fossi e rispondendo con tono scortese mi invita ad andare via se non avrei potuto attendere.
Cosa che ovviamente ho fatto!
Unprofessional and very rude!
I'm talking about Dr. Di Lorenzo himself with whom I had arranged an appointment for a shock wave treatment.
We agreed that he would treat me as the first patient as he needed to go to work soon after.
Once there he did not even remember who I was and replying with a rude tone invites me to leave if I could not wait.
Which of course I did!
