Il macellaio non é mai li al bancone, li chiami e non viene nessuno, quando poi arriva gli dici di tagliarti la carne in un modo e fanno tuttt'altro. gli dici un peso e te ne trovi quasi il doppio nel pacchetto. il supermercato poi giá é piccolo (non é colpa di nessuno) e gli addetti riempiono tutte le corsie di bancali e risulta quindi impossibile passare magari su 3 corsie (metá supermercato). quindi impossibile anche prendere la roba che c´é dietro i bancali. il problema é che non fanno nemmeno il gesto di cercare di farti passare. io capisco che devono lavorare ma anche i clienti dovranno pur fare la spesa decentemente senza percorsi a ostacoli? sto valutando di tornare in quello di Besozzo anche se piú lontano. The butcher is never there at the counter, you call them and no one comes, then when he arrives you tell him to cut your meat one way and they do everything else. you tell him a weight and you find almost twice as much in the package. then the supermarket is already small (nobody's fault) and the employees fill all the aisles with pallets and it is therefore impossible to pass perhaps on 3 lanes (half supermarket). therefore it is impossible even to take the stuff that is behind the pallets. the problem is that they don't even make the gesture of trying to get you through. I understand that they have to work but also customers will have to shop decently without obstacles? I am considering returning to Besozzo even if further away.

Alla cassa non aspettano neanche 2 secondo in più per permetterti di sistemare la spesa che già ti "buttano addosso" i prodotti e fanno passare le persone in fila finendo per creare confusione. D'ora in avanti andrò solo per piccole spese. Un minimo d'attenzione non sarebbe male... Ok the products but, the staff seem to have not even remotely understood that there are rules in this time of pandemic. At the checkout they don't even wait 2 seconds more to allow you to sort out the shopping that is already "throwing" the products on you and making people pass in line ending up creating confusion. From now on I will go only for small expenses. A little attention would not be bad ...

Carne mangiabile, frutta costosa e di bassa qualità (marcisce in un attimo) , verdura mai presa visti i prezzi per niente competitivi (come la frutta) con altri supermercati di "nome". Buona la dotazione e prezzi di affettati confezionati e dei formaggi. Personale sufficiente e poco motivato. CI vado per prendere solo alcuni prodotti. Mi aspetterei prezzi migliori da un supermercato discount specialmente su frutta e verdura che oltretutto già alla vista si presenta male.!!!
