★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quello che riguarda la mia esperienza è stato poco accorto ,visto che ho acquistato una casa che in seguito è risultata priva di abitabilità. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni la segretaria mi ha risposto che il notaio non era tenuto a chiederla. Nel frattempo non posso incominciare i lavori di ristrutturazione . Bella fregatura per me!
As far as my experience is concerned, it was little noticed, since I bought a house that later turned out to be devoid of habitability. When I asked for an explanation, the secretary replied that the notary was not required to ask for it. In the meantime, I cannot begin the renovations. Nice rip off for me!
