Di questi tempi serve gentilezza, comprensione, empatia. Tutti stiamo passando un brutto periodo, ma prendersela con una persona per fatti personali, lavorando con il pubblico, è inaccettabile. Il servizio é tutto in questo tipo di lavoro, proprio per invogliare il cliente a tornare. Non andremo mai più in questo outlet e non consiglieremo a nessuno di andarci.
