★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato mille diete e mille invenzioni eppure quei chiletti di troppo non andavano via e ogni volta una sofferenza! Dopo due gravidanze vicine non erano più solo chiletti di troppo! Per caso mi sono imbattuta nella pagina della dottoressa Gentile e mi hanno incuriosito le sue ricette così senza troppe speranze ho preso appuntamento. GRAZIE DOTTORESSA perché non solo mi ha insegnato a mangiare bene e con gusto, ho perso i chili di troppo e anche quelli a cui “ormai” mi ero affezionata ? oltre ad essere preparatissima, gentilissima..mi sono sentita seguita passo dopo passo!!!

 I tried a thousand diets and a thousand inventions and yet those extra pounds did not go away and each time a pain! After two close pregnancies, they were no longer just extra pounds! By chance I came across Dr. Gentile's page and her recipes intrigued me so without too much hope I made an appointment. THANKS DOCTOR because not only did she teach me how to eat well and with taste, I lost the extra pounds and also those I was "now" fond of ? as well as being very well prepared, very kind .. I felt followed step by step !! !
I highly recommend it !!!
