Un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta molto è l'averla sentita...una di noi, dalla parte della paziente. Sono venuto da lei per un un'unghia rotta, giustamente l'asportazione di un pezzo di quest'ultima era prevedibile, ma l'infezione che ne è seguita no, mi aspettavo una piccola copertura antibiotica sarebbe stata doverosa. Al controllo avvenuto il lunedì successivo , dopo essere stato rimproverato per aver chiesto un parere al mio medico curante, mi guarda dicendomi che il dito era troppo gonfio e dovevo trovare un chirurgo, mi aspettavo un consiglio su chi rivolgermi, ma non ha saputo indirizzarmi a nessuno. Però l'aspetto che personalmente mi ha deluso, sottolineo personalmente, che da quel momento non si è più chiesta che fine avessi fatto, il mio numero sono sicuro che fosse nella sua rubrica, mi aspettavo un un'atteggiamento più umano I am sorry to make this assessment, but after the vicissitudes that have happened to me it seems only right to describe what happened to me.
