★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai il Covid ha fatto male al cervello dei dirigenti di questa banca, per pagare una bolletta ci metti lo stesso tempo che ci metti per fare una TAC in ospedale, mi pare che stiano esagerando. Pessimo servizio.
By now Covid has hurt the brains of the managers of this bank, to pay a bill it takes you the same time it takes to do a CT scan in the hospital, it seems to me that they are exaggerating. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non seguono assolutamente i piccoli privati.. sarà diverso x le grosse aziende ma diversamente pessimi e non danno tempistiche... Sconsigliata..se non fosse per convenzione Inarcassa..da evitare assolutamente a mio avviso
They absolutely do not follow small private individuals .. it will be different x large companies but otherwise bad and they do not give timing ... Not recommended .. if it were not for Inarcassa convention .. to be avoided absolutely in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho una carta scaduta ed è da un mese che non riesco a ritirarla o a sapere che fine ha fatto. Non risponde mai nessuno e quando rispondono non sono in grado di dirmi dov'è la mia carta nuova. Pessimo servizio.
I have an expired card and I haven't been able to withdraw it or find out what happened to it for a month. Nobody ever answers and when they answer I am unable to tell me where my new card is. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che disastro di servizio: venti persone in attesa e una sola cassa aperta, poi una cassiera si piazza allo sportello vicino all'ingresso e inizia a fare passare senza numerino, così gli ultimi arrivati passano e noi che aspettiamo da un'ora stiamo lì. Quando finalmente tocca a me vengo pure trattato con poca cortesia. Cambiare banca subito!

Ci hanno spostato dalla UBI alla San Paolo e da allora solo problemi!
Non si riesce MAI a parlare con qualcuno e non sanno manco loro cosa devono fare.
Ora faccio intervenire la federconsumatori, vediamo se riescono ad aiutarci almeno loro!!!!
