★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionista molto preparata, di una gentilezza e simpatia rare, capace di profonda empatia, molto disponibile. Ho appena ultimato il primo mese con il regime alimentare che mi ha prescritto e sto decisamente meglio. Ora aspetto di sapere come proseguire, sono curiosa ed entusiasta. Mi sembrava di mangiare sano ma stavo male, mal di testa, stanca, naso tappato, gonfiore addominale, umore a terra....con il "fai da me" leggendo su internet, le cose peggioravano, ero intossicata ma mai avrei pensato che anche alcune verdure o alcuni frutti mi stessero facendo male....
Con la sua guida mi sento finalmente tranquilla, non sgarro e in effetti sta andando molto bene.

I felt like I was eating healthy but I was sick, headache, tired, stuffy nose, abdominal swelling, low mood .... with the "do it yourself" reading on the internet, things got worse, I was intoxicated but I never thought that even some vegetables or some fruits were hurting me ....
With his driving I finally feel calm, I am not wrong and in fact he is going very well.
