Mi sono messo nelle sue mani con totale fiducia. Dopo un mese di sforzi (devo dire molto modesti) già ho i primi risultati ma soprattutto non ho quella sensazione di crollo imminente... ci sono tante attenzioni all'aspetto "emotivo" della dieta con qualche piccola "concessione" al palato, mi sto trovando veramente bene.
