★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 mesi fa ho iniziato un percorso nutrizionale con Claudia e se ad oggi, guardandomi allo specchio, mi amo è solo grazie a lei.
Mi ha insegnato ad avere un'alimentazione sana ed equilibrata mangiando TUTTO.
Ho fatto iniziare il percorso anche a mia madre, ad oggi anche lei ha ritrovato il sorriso potendosi rimettere vestiti che non le andavano più.
Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono tornare a stare bene con loro stessi di affidarsi a lei ed iniziare il percorso con la mente aperta perché i risultati arrivano, basta avere pazienza.
 9 months ago I started a nutritional journey with Claudia and if today, looking at myself in the mirror, I love myself it is only thanks to her.
He taught me to have a healthy and balanced diet by eating EVERYTHING.
I also made my mother start the journey, to date she too has found her smile again, being able to put on clothes that no longer fit her.
I recommend to all those who want to go back to feeling good about themselves to rely on her and start the journey with an open mind because the results arrive, just be patient.
