Uno stato di agitazione costante stava limitando la mia quotidianità - già comunque turbata dagli eventi - e per questo ho deciso di rivolgermi ad un/una professionista. Il percorso con la dottoressa mi è stato molto utile anche grazie al fatto che lei ha un approccio professionale e allo stesso tempo sa mettere a proprio agio le persone. Ho imparato a gestire le mie emozioni e a non farmi sopraffare da queste nelle situazioni di stress, vivendo molto più serenamente la vita di tutti i giorni, quindi non posso che confermare l’esperienza positiva.
