L'inizio non è stato dei migliori visto che mi ha consigliato di mangiare di più per sbloccare il mio metabolismo lento...ma devo dire che fidandomi di lei per il suo modo di fare ,di rapportarsi di essere empatica ho raggiunto dei buoni risultati e finalmente ho perso peso e sto ritrovando me stessa.
