★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato x caso un volantino pubblicitario sul training autogeno in cui spiegava molto chiaramente in cosa consisteva la tecnica,cosi chiamai quasi subito la dottoressa Federica Festa x avere ulteriori e decisivi chiarimenti ...e...non ci volle molto a dare la mia adesione,anche xke'la voce tranquilla e rassicurante della dottoressa mi misero subito a mio agio...e infatti mi convinsi subito che stavo facendo la cosa giusta..e'stata un esperienza molto bella,carica di quell entusiasmo che ti lasciano le novità'...e in grado di fornirti uno strumento in piu'x gestire le piccole,grandi difficoltà' della vita.Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilita'di condividere quei momenti sia con un gruppo molto ristretto di persone (cosa secondo me molto utile in alcune circostanza come questa)sia singolarmente con la dottoressa che si e'sempre mostrata gentilissima e disponibilissima ad assecondare in alcuni momenti anche le nostre esigenze legate agli orari....la consiglio vivamente a tutti ...xke'credo che un piccolo spazio x se stessi non puo'far altro che rivelarsi utile....Erika
 I found a flyer on the event x biofeedback in which very clearly explained in what consisted the technique, so almost immediately called Dr. Federica Festa x have further clarification and decisive ... and ... did not take long to give my adhesion, even xke'la calm and reassuring voice of the doctor put me immediately at ease ... and in fact I was convinced right away that I was doing the thing giusta..e'stata a very good experience, loads of that enthusiasm that you leave the new '... and that will provide a tool for managing piu'x small, great difficulties' of vita.Ho also loved the possibilita'di share those moments is a very small group of people (something I think a lot useful in some circumstances such as this one) individually with the doctor who is shown it is always very kind and extremely available to indulge in some moments also our requirements related to the times .... highly recommend it to all .. .xke'credo a small space for oneself can not do anything but prove useful ....
