La pasticceria mi è piaciuta molto, addirittura il mio muffin sembrava quasi fatto con farina normale.
Il personale è attento, gentile e rapido.
Unica pecca ci sono solo 3 tavolini
 I liked it a lot. I'm not celiac but I tried the place with a celiac friend.
I loved the pastry, even my muffin almost looked like it was made with regular flour.
The staff are attentive, polite and quick.
The only flaw there are only 3 tables

Continually looking for a reference for breakfast, aperitif, lunch break, pastry, bakery ..... I can say that I have finally found it !!!
Only and exclusively quality gluten free, artisanal and fresh products.
Bread, pizza, biscuits, cakes, pastries and much more.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend is celiac and so we are constantly on the search for exceptional gluten free bakeries and products. Freedom bakery is ranked at the top of our list and it's too bad they aren't in New York. Fantastic cornetto, foccacia, pane, etc. 100% recommended.
We also had the opportunity to chat with Alessio and learned that the cafe is a family operated business. It's inspiring to see individuals take matters into their own hands and find solutions to dietary restrictions. Bravo. We will be visiting your location in the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing, we came here 3 out of our 4 days in Turin for breakfast (it was closed one day). Best bread and mini pizza I have ever had (I used to eat gluten and have had some pretty amazing bread).
