I'd like to write this in English for all the foreigners/students like me in Bologna who have to find a good doctor to take care of their mental health. I have had multiple encounters with Dr. Carta, however I wouldn't say it pleasant for multiple reasons: I have came to her with my diagnosis with my reports of depression/anxiety from my home country, and needed only to continue my treatment. This is what happened: 1- She's extremely rude. she questioned multiple times if I really needed my medications. I felt investigated instead of respected and understood. Her eye contact and body language is not welcoming at all. - She asked for my address in Bologna MULTIPLE times! I have given her my address in my first visit, second visit, over the whatsapp. I think she was scared and un trusting. ALL the time. I think that is because she is the only one to operate her work, and she does that from the comfort of her home. Never seen that before, as clinics in my country are usually operated by staff members, very professional people. Good things: - Nice area, near my living place, nice office. - I got the recipe after being invaded by her suspicious "looks and questions". By the way, I'm here as a Master's student, with a professional background. I come from a very well known wealthy city. Always came to her "office/home" very well dressed and presented, with fluent italian. However I decided to write this review only after she declined to write me a new prescription after I lost mine - she said I will need to evaluate you again. It doesn't make sense because my medicine was supposed to last for months any way. Oh, and if you write Good morning, don't expect her to say good morning back to you! Again, if you're Italian, you probably didn't go through this. Best of luck to everyone. MJH
