Sono andato dal Dottore con un problema di follicolite evidente al cuoio capelluto e sia lui che la dottoressa in formazione con lui mi hanno detto che non avevo nulla e mi hanno prescritto una serie di farmaci inutili che inizialmente non sapevano neanche loro se darmi o meno (antistaminici, tranquillanti ecc...) che non centravano nulla con il mio problema. In realtà il mio problema era ancora presente e praticamente tutto ciò che mi hanno dato si è rilevato inutile. Tutto questo alla modica cifra di 200 euro. Ricontattandoli per richiedere un controllo gratuito perchè mi sentivo evidentemente truffato ed evidenziandoli con foto che il mio problema era ancora presente e che avevano sbagliato la prima visita mi hanno comunicato che non era possibile. Giustamente ammettere l'errore no ma incassare i soldi lo stesso si. Davvero deluso. Avrei dato 0 stelle se possibile!!! The worst medical experience. I went to the Doctor with an obvious folliculitis problem on my scalp and both he and the doctor in training with him told me I had nothing and prescribed me a series of useless drugs that at first they didn't even know whether to give me or not ( antihistamines, tranquilizers etc ...) which had nothing to do with my problem. In reality my problem was still there and practically everything they gave me turned out to be useless. All this for the modest sum of 200 euros. By contacting them to request a free check because I obviously felt scammed and highlighting them with photos that my problem was still present and that they had made a mistake on the first visit, they informed me that it was not possible. Rightly admitting the mistake, no, but collecting the money anyway. Really disappointed. I would have given 0 stars if possible !!!
