Lo conobbi durante un congresso e, sebbene io mi trovassi in Toscana (cioè lontano da dove lui riceve), provai a chiedergli un piano alimentare "a distanza" perchè ebbi l'impressione di trovarmi di fronte ad uno "scienziato", non ad un semplice nutrizionista o dietista . Mi sono appoggiato ad un centro a me vicino dove ho potuto effettuare le BIA, spedendo via email il report al dott. Marzulli. Risultato: da gennaio ad agosto 2019 il mio peso si è ridotto di 5,9 kg ma la cosa sorprendente è che in questi 6 mesi e mezzo la mia Massa Grassa si è ridotta di 7,4 kg mentre la Massa Metabolica è aumentata di 3 kg, questo testimonia un dimagrimento sano che toglie il grasso viscerale (quello più difficile da perdere) ma rinforza i muscoli. Pertanto l'esito è stato eccellente, anche considerando che non ho patito la fame grazie ai menù DADI.
