★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giudizio negativo soprattutto su modus operandi e professionalità: oltretutto Prato è un paesone, in cui è difficile non far sapere cosa succede quando non si usano il buon senso e la professionalità. Ritengo comunque "encomiabile" il tentativo di replicare ad un ex praticante e far applicare 5 stelle di recensione dal figlio per tirar su la media delle recensioni: perché non usare anche altri parenti o dipendenti? Il fine delle recensioni dovrebbe essere quello di aiutare a migliorare e farsi autocritica, non tirar fuori il lato umano/permaloso dei titolari.
Negative judgment especially on modus operandi and professionalism: moreover Prato is a big village, where it is difficult not to let people know what happens when common sense and professionalism are not used. However, I consider "commendable" the attempt to reply to a former practitioner and have his son apply 5 stars to get the average review: why not use other relatives or employees as well? The purpose of the reviews should be to help improve and be self-critical, not bring out the human / touchy side of the owners.
