T	Tua Madre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che frequento questo poliambulatorio per la stima che nutro nei confronti del dottor De Julius mi trovo costretta a sconsigliarlo vivamente per il trattamento ricevuto nell'ultima visita dalla segreteria. Nello specifico dalla segretaria (bassa e riccia) dell'altra nulla da dire...anzi. Dopo essermi lamentata e chiesto spiegazioni per il protrarsi dell'attesa ( due ore esatte) mi è stato risposto che ero io ad avere bisogno e necessità di un consulto dovevo quindi attendere. Vergognoso ed offensivo, non come paziente di uno studio privato, ma come persona . After years of attending this clinic due to the esteem I have for Dr. De Julius, I am forced to strongly advise against him for the treatment received in the last visit from the secretariat. Specifically, from the secretary (short and curly) of the other nothing to say ... indeed. After complaining and asking for explanations for the length of the wait (exactly two hours) I was told that it was I who needed and needed a consultation, so I had to wait. Shameful and offensive, not as a private practice patient, but as a person.

Mi è capitato di avere la necessità di consultare vari specialisti di questo staff magnifico e ho confermato ogni volta la loro professionalità, bravura, competenza e precisione (inclusi i tecnici). D’altronde con un direttore come il Dott. Ivo De Iuliis non potevo aspettarmi diversamente ?? Really compliments to all the staff. !! Kind and professional secretaries, attentive to every need. I happened to have the need to consult various specialists of this magnificent staff and I confirmed each time their professionalism, skill, competence and precision (including technicians). On the other hand, with a director like Dr. Ivo De Iuliis I could not have expected otherwise ??

Ma il mio ringraziamento più grande per la professionalità e l’ umanità va a Sara che senza averle chiesto nulla si e’ resa disponibile nel darmi informazioni e dopo essersi consultata con un medico , vedendo i miei esami del sangue , mi ha contattato telefonicamente per rassicurarmi e consigliarmi altre indagini da fare. 5 stelle son poche ❤️ Excellent!!! Waiting time to perform an MRI on reservation: less than a minute ... They immediately put me at ease. But my biggest thanks for the professionalism and humanity goes to Sara who, without asking her anything, made herself available to give me information and after consulting a doctor, seeing my blood tests, she contacted me by phone to reassure me. and recommend other investigations to do. 5 stars are few ❤️

Fissato appuntamento con una settimana di anticipo, un’ora prima dell’esame mi chiamano dicendo che avevo frainteso l’orario della segretaria e che non avevano altra disponibilità per la giornata. Senza voglia di rimediare al problema, mi invitano a fare l’esame presso altra struttura se non voglio attendere un loro nuovo appuntamento. Prima e ultima volta! Bad experience. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, an hour before the exam they call me saying that I had misunderstood the secretary's schedule and that they had no other availability for the day. Without wanting to remedy the problem, they invite me to take the exam at another facility if I do not want to wait for their new appointment. First and last time!
