Mi ha seguito per un problema di ernia del disco, focalizzandosi su un percorso adeguato a farmi tornare a fare attività fisica più che al semplice smettere di sentire dolore. A differenza di altri che banalmente ti sconsigliano certe attività se senti dolore, il suo obiettivo è portarti in maniera corretta a poter affrontare quelle attività senza ricadute. Fortemente consigliato.
