★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver comprato un intero bagno da loro, mi sono rivolta sempre a loro per la sostituzione di un profilo della doccia ormai vecchio. Mi aspettavo un pò più di cordialità da delle persone che hanno a che fare tutti i giorni con il pubblico...invece mi sono trovata di fronte una persona poco paziente e tanto arrogante (il proprietario tra l'altro..). Per il profilo mi arrangerò altrove, figurarsi per il prossimo bagno!
After buying an entire bathroom from them, I always turned to them to replace an old shower profile. I was expecting a little more cordiality from people who deal with the public every day ... instead I found myself facing a person who was very patient and arrogant (the owner among other things ..). For the profile I will manage elsewhere, let alone the next bathroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten kurzerhand eine Unterkunft gesucht, als wir im Appartement Villa Rosa angekommen sind, hat uns das Appartement gar nicht gefallen, da einige Reinheitsgebote nicht eingehalten wurden. Der Vermieter bestand dann trotz Mängel auf seine Stornogebühren. Keine schöne Erinnerung für uns.
We had been looking for accommodation without further ado, when we arrived at the Apartment Villa Rosa, we didn't like the apartment at all, as some purity laws were not observed. The landlord then insisted on his cancellation fees despite defects. Not a nice memory for us.
