La titolare Sig.ra Paola si è dimostrata invece disponibile, competente e ha saputo consigliarci in base alle nostre necessità. Si capiva che non c'era nessuna "spinta", né verso l'acquisto né verso un prodotto specifico ma ha lasciato che valutassimo in maniera obbiettiva in base a budget ed esigenze. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare e riprovare diversi materassi e guanciali senza nessuna fretta (quasi 2h in negozio di sabato!) per poi trovare la giusta soluzione. Questo atteggiamento ha fatto si che io e mia moglie decidessimo subito di acquistare senza girare ulteriormente. Abbiamo acquistato anche delle nuove reti motorizzate. I titolari si sono accertati che queste fossero compatibili con il nostro letto esistente (abbiamo mandato delle foto e ci hanno fatto prendere delle misure per essere certi della piena compatibilità). Sarebbero stati cmq disposti ad uscire anche per un sopralluogo. In meno di una settimana abbiamo avuto la consegna e che dire...un altro dormire! Great experience. We feared a "haughty" attitude from a flagship store of a renowned brand. The owner Ms. Paola proved to be available, competent and was able to advise us according to our needs. We understood that there was no "push", neither towards the purchase nor towards a specific product but he let us evaluate objectively based on budget and needs. We had the opportunity to try and try again different mattresses and pillows without any rush (almost 2h in the shop on Saturday!) To then find the right solution. This attitude meant that my wife and I immediately decided to buy without turning further. We also bought some new motorized nets. The owners made sure these were compatible with our existing bed (we sent photos and had us take steps to be sure of full compatibility). Anyway, they would have been willing to go out for an inspection. In less than a week we had the delivery and what about ... another sleep!

La combinazione ha creato il miglior risultato possibile. Mai provato niente di simile. Personale gentilissimo e preparato, segue il cliente e consiglia il materasso corretto senza essere insistente. Il merito è sicuramente della conduzione familiare. Grazie di tutto. After the storage bed purchased 4 years ago we have added a fantastic balance mattress in myform HD. The combination created the best possible result. Never experienced anything like it. Very kind and trained staff, follow the customer and recommend the correct mattress without being insistent. Ho acquistato il materasso che volevo. La settimana successiva sono tornata in negozio ed ho acquistato un nuovo letto e due guanciali. Sono molto felice dei miei acquisti e consiglio il negozio e le persone che lo gestiscono, mi sono sentita a casa. Grazie a tutti! I went to the shop in the first days of February by chance because I was looking for a new mattress, I found a very familiar and friendly environment, exquisite and very professional people. I bought the mattress I wanted. The following week I went back to the shop and bought a new bed and two pillows. I am very happy with my purchases and recommend the shop and the people who run it, I felt at home. Thank you all!

I prezzi sono allineati ma abbiamo avuto uno sconto che ci ha convinti a cambiare anche il materasso dei bambini. Dovessi cambiare la cameretta, sicuramente andrei lì a vedere qualcosa prima che da altri. Excellent hospitality, product quality and competence. The prices are aligned but we had a discount that convinced us to change the children's mattress as well. If I had to change the room, definitely I go there to see something before by others.
