Cibo ottimo ma non potrò mai più tornare . Ho provato la prima volta scegliendo di mangiare ordinando a carta la seconda volta ho scelto il menù ... Beh ragazzi ho lavorato 15 anni nella ristorazione e faccio i miei sentiti complimenti staff gentile e prodotti di alta qualità ... Non ci ritornerei e né lo consiglierei! Terrible! We paid 80 euros per couple to eat overcooked pasta and a poor platter of cold cuts! Good meat but exaggerated price. Menù coppia da 80 euro per il giorno di san valentino, un tagliere di salumi e formaggi che era veramente buono, tutto fresco e di qualità. Poi ci è stata servita una carbonara molto molto buona e cremosa, forse a mio gusto e parere avrei tostato un pò meno il guanciale. La carne (black angus iberico da 1 kilo) ci è stata tagliata e servita stesso al tavolo da un gentilissimo cameriere, ed era proprio deliziosa, tenera, saporita e ben cotta, ottimo anche il dolce (tiramisù). Unica pecca è stata che appena seduti, ho subito detto al cameriere che non bevevamo vino, e che sè gentilmente poteva sostituire la bottiglia di vino con una coca cola, ora credo che per qualità e prezzo ci avrei perso comunque io visto che una bottiglia di vino costa 10 volte una coca cola, ma mi è stato cmq detto di no, che doveva comunque portarmi la bottiglia di vino, e che sè volevo la coca cola dovevo pagarla a parte. Tutto ok ho portato a casa la bottiglia di vino, ed ho pagato le coca cola prese, però credo che potevano accettare la mia richiesta. Then we were served a very very good and creamy carbonara, perhaps to my taste and opinion I would have toasted the bacon a little less. The meat (1 kilo Iberian black angus) was cut to us and served at the table by a very kind waiter, and it was really delicious, tender, tasty and well cooked, the dessert (tiramisu) is also excellent. The only flaw was that as soon as we sat down, I immediately told the waiter that we didn't drink wine, and that if he could kindly replace the bottle of wine with a coke, now I think that for quality and price I would have lost it anyway I saw that a bottle of wine costs 10 times a coke, but I was told no anyway, that he still had to bring me the bottle of wine, and that if I wanted the coke I had to pay for it separately. Everything ok I took home the bottle of wine, and I paid for the cokes taken, but I think they could accept my request.

La carne in sé era anche buona, ma sprecatissima in quanto tutti i succhi andati a quel paese con una cottura del genere. Ho i miei dubbi che abbiano conoscenze su come iniziare la cottura di un taglio del genere (verticale). Inoltre, se ti ordino 1,5 kg di carne (a 90€ al kg, perché a 50 mangi solo una costata di media qualità) non puoi presentarti con due pezzi di carne separati, di cui uno da meno due dita di altezza (e di cui non abbiamo conosciuto e non conosceremo il peso di nessuno dei due). Il menù è fuffa. Il tagliere è ok, media qualità. La pasta scotta (probabilmente precotta), di cui la carbonara era una simil-frittata. Vino buono. Dopo aver fatto notare parte di questi problemi al titolare, dei 135 euro di conto, neanche un euro di sconto e ci ha liquidati con uno "scusa". Metto due stelle solo perché la carne che ha è di qualità medio-buona. Per chiudere il quadretto: troverete dipendenti che girano e ti parlano senza mascherina. I piatti sono tutti squisiti, ma la specialità è la carne. Le presentazioni dei piatti sono molto belle, e il sapore è delizioso. A volte con effetto "spettacolo". Il personale è molto gentile , rispettoso e simpatico. Doveroso specificare che eravamo due persone con disabilità motoria. Il locale è accessibile, e il personale ci ha aiutato con tanta gentilezza e rispetto. Giunti sul posto abbiamo dovuto attendere circa 30 minuti ( il sabato sera ci sta tutto) e poi ci siamo accomodati. Ottima accoglienza da parte del personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo optato per un menu' di coppia che comprendeva un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, due primi ( genovese ed carbonara) ed un taglio di carne ( pezzatura da 1 kg) . Buono l'antipasto, i primi anche abbastanza buoni e carne davvero ottima. Da bere abbiamo preso una bottiglia di Vino Rosso DOCG Chianti.
