Quando entri in negozio, Myriam ed il suo staff ti accoglie sempre con una coccola di benvenuto: un piccolo massaggio, un the rilassante, una salvietta intrisa di aromi naturali per rinfrescarti… un momento tutto per me per rilassarmi.
E poi inizia il servizio che ho precedentemente prenotato: taglio, colore, acconciatura o trattamento personalizzato, il tutto svolto con competenza sia da parte di Myriam che dal suo staff, tutti i prodotti utilizzati sono eccezionali.
Sicuramente il fare continuamente formazione alle sue ragazze e partecipare ai corsi di aggiornamento regolarmente aiutano a soddisfare a 360 gradi la clientela. Sono più che soddisfatta!!!
I have been a customer of Donna Hair for more than thirty years, Myriam has accompanied me over the years with great competence, skill and professionalism during all the phases of my life from a young girl to a lady now over 50 helping me, advising me and creating the looks for me more suitable.
When you enter the shop, Myriam and her staff always welcomes you with a welcome pampering: a small massage, a relaxing tea, a towel soaked in natural aromas to refresh you… a moment just for me to relax.
And then the service I previously booked begins: cut, color, hairstyle or personalized treatment, all carried out with competence by both Myriam and her staff, all the products used are exceptional.
Surely, constantly training his girls and attending regular refresher courses help to satisfy customers at 360 degrees. I am more than satisfied !!!
