★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store della nota catena di gelaterie siciliane, in zona centrale della frazione marittima di Modica. Ampia la scelta di gelati e granite. I gelati, per l'appunto sono ottimi e le brioches buonissime. Il motivo per cui lo consiglio peró e per il clima di autenticità che si respira nei pochi minuti necessari a consumare i prodotti con cura e cortesia. Lungi dall'assumere quell'aspetto indistriale, distaccato e seriale che ci si potrebbe aspettare da una catena di gelaterie, la granita é stata servita, in prima persona, da un noto gelataio e pasticcere modicano, di una altrettanto nota famiglia da anni attiva nel settore ed é bello pensare che si possa guardare al futuro senza perdere le proprie radici.
Store of the well-known Sicilian ice cream shop chain, in the central area of the maritime hamlet of Modica. Wide choice of ice creams and slushes. The ice creams, in fact, are excellent and the brioches are delicious. The reason why I recommend it, however, is because of the atmosphere of authenticity that you breathe in the few minutes necessary to consume the products with care and courtesy. Far from taking on the industrial, detached and serial aspect that one might expect from a chain of ice cream parlors, the granita was served, in the first person, by a well-known ice cream maker and pastry chef from Modica, from an equally well-known family that had been active for years in sector and it is nice to think that you can look to the future without losing your roots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Granite artigianali, uniche e per quanto mi riguarda, indimenticabili, con ingredienti locali. Personale competente e preparato, in particolare il ragazzo al bancone, il quale è stato molto gentile nel rispondere alle nostre curiosità in maniera esaustiva. Servizio al tavolo impeccabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso una coppetta piccola di gelato con i gusti settemmezzo pistacchio e settemmezzo nocciola e più della metà era costituita non da gelato ma da creme simili alla nutella e alla nutella bianca (in foto quelle che ho lasciato, ma ne avevo mangiate altrettante). Era nauseante, impossibile da finire e sicuramente non si poteva definire una coppetta di gelato. Sono rimasta piuttosto delusa.
I took a small cup of ice cream with the seven pistachio and seven hazelnut flavors and more than half was made up not of ice cream but of creams similar to Nutella and Nutella white (in the photo the ones I left, but I had eaten as many). It was nauseating, impossible to finish, and certainly could not be called a cup of ice cream. I was quite disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aus meiner Sicht die beste Eisdiele in Marina di Modica. Das Eis ist sehr gut aber auch die Granitas und Cannoli sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bedienungen sind immer sehr freundlich. Unsere STUDIO SICILY Schalen machen ebenfalls eine tolle Figur in Verbindung mit dem Eis.
From my point of view the best ice cream parlor in Marina di Modica. The ice cream is very good, but the granitas and cannoli are also highly recommended. The waitresses are always very friendly. Our STUDIO SICILY bowls also cut a great figure in combination with the ice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best ice cream we had in Sicily so far (visited quite a lot places to eat gelato). Nice staff, tasty broiche and very good gelato with great ingredients. Little more expensive than other places, but the quality is worth it if you want to try something special.
