Partendo dal fatto che sono arrivate prima le cose che dovevano arrivare ultime, si sono fatte 4 giri per portare 6 cose: 3 e dopo 15 minuti altre 2(bastava portare tutto assieme organizzandosi meglio). La cameriera che prendeva le commande non sapeva neanche cosa mancava nel menù. Poi io sottoscritta purtroppo sono stata l'unica che dopo 30 minuti che aveva fatto richiesta di un cannolo non è arrivato perché dimenticato(lo hanno fatto all'ultimo ma volevano farmi pagare nonostante la dimenticanza). Un altra cameriera riccia ci ha rassicurato poi pergiunta dell'arrivo di esso. Alla fine ci siamo alzati perché aspettavamo da 30 min il mio cannolo... Pessimo, per non dire scadente, servizio e le cameriere non sono in grado di svolgere bene il loro mestiere. There were 6 of us at the table. Bad, not to say poor, service and the waitresses are not able to do their job well.

Ci sono stata oggi coi miei due angeli,pulito,servizio della ragazza veramente affettuosa,mia figlia è autistica e ha iniziato a pulire e portare i vassoi vuoti al banco,tipico dell'educazione che ha, le dicevo "dai lascia stare porteranno via loro"! La ragazza e il ragazzo al banco mi hanno emozionata,uno ha detto "la lasci fare nessun problema" e la ragazza è passata un paio di volte sorridendole e accarezzandola "! Per me questi gesti valgono più di una cioccalata o un drink....spesso ho notato nei locali il fastidio che mia figlia dà ma in realtà,pulisce il tavolo non fa nulla di male,ma qui dentro stasera mi hanno emozionata!!! Grazie ragazzi....torneremo perché meritate che io consumi e lasci lì i miei soldi,non solo per la gentilezza ma tutto di ottimo qualità,e quindi non capisco davvero le ignobili critiche! Andate all'isola dei dolci.... merita per diverse ragioni fidatevi....??? Grazie ragazzi, siamo stati bene .❤️ I am sorry that many criticisms are not constructive but shameful insults and insults! I was there today with my two angels, clean, very affectionate girl service, my daughter is autistic and she started cleaning and bringing the empty trays to the counter, typical of her education, I told her "come on leave it alone they will take them away "! Go to Isola Dei Dolci I and check out their products; Baci Perrugina chocolates, liquor, drinks, coffee, so much. This place offers indoor and outdoor dining and takeout. It is also very spacious with CDC- Covid-19 guidelines. Perfect ace for hangout with friends, family even solo. Great to do some work on computer, read or just relax and do nothing. It's a vibrant place, friendly staff, feels like home. Highly recommend L' Isola Dei Dolci, check it out.!
