★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo residence sia per brevi soggiorni sia per quelli lunghi (anche più di 30 giorni). La struttura è attrezzata di tutti i confort di un hotel a 5 stelle. Si possono chiedere stanze solo letto e bagno oppure mono locali o bi locali con angolo cottura tutti di forno a micro onde con grill, piano di cottura a induzione a 2 fuochi e frigorifero incassato come negli hotel. Letto ampio e comodo, rifiniture nuove e moderne, riscaldamento a pavimento e aria condizionata, wifi molto rapido (80-100 Mb in download). Struttura stra-consigliata, in pieno centro storico e con ottimi infissi che isolano da qualsiasi rumore possa esserci all’esterno. Quando ritornerò a Domodossola di sicuro prenoterò per un lungo soggiorno, certo di trascorrere serenamente le mie vacanze
 Excellent residence for both short and long stays (even more than 30 days). The structure is equipped with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel. You can ask for rooms only bed and bathroom or single or two rooms with kitchenette all with microwave oven with grill, 2-burner induction hob and built-in refrigerator as in hotels. Large and comfortable bed, new and modern finishes, underfloor heating and air conditioning, very fast wifi (80-100 Mb in download). Strategically recommended structure, in the historic center and with excellent fixtures that isolate from any noise outside. When I return to Domodossola I will certainly book for a long stay, certain to spend my holidays peacefully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In posizione centrale di Domodossola residence ristrutturato con gusto molto carino e funzionale. La nostra stanza era un pochino piccola ma pulita e confortevole . Alla Reception personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca: molte ragnatele nell'androne di ingresso .
Centrally located in Domodossola, a very nice and functional tastefully renovated residence. Our room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The only flaw: many cobwebs in the entrance hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazza alla reception davvero gentile ed educata , appena arrivati ci ho offerto un caffè e ci ha spiegato tutto in pochissimo tempo , chiara ed esaustiva , la camera era pulita e tenuta davvero bene . Ci tornerei sicuramente .
Girl at the reception really nice and polite, as soon as we arrived I offered us a coffee and she explained everything in no time, clear and exhaustive, the room was clean and really well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrivati in stanza alle 15 avvisiamo subito il personale che la camera è molto fredda e che il riscaldamento non funziona. Alle 19 rientriamo in camera e troviamo la stanza ancora più fredda! telefoniamo svariate volte al personale che cade dalle nuvole e ci risponde continuamente che:"stanno verificando". Ci sarebbe bastata anche solo una stufetta elettrica ma niente: alle 23 ci dicono che non possono fare niente.
Alla fine si sono addirittura giustificati dicendo che il riscaldamento era spento per il rispetto delle disposizioni comunali ma abbiamo parlato con i ragazzi della stanza accanto e la loro camera era caldissima.
Anche la stufetta del bagno non funzionava.
in tutto ciò nessuno si è mai presentato per vedere di persona il problema.
Peccato che con una struttura carina si perdano poi in un bicchiere d'acqua...
Not bad structure but experience not to be repeated!
Arrived in the room at 3 pm we immediately inform the staff that the room is very cold and that the heating does not work. At 7 pm we return to the room and find the room even colder! we telephone several times to the personnel who fall from the clouds and they continually reply that: "they are checking". Even just an electric heater would have been enough but nothing: at 11pm they tell us they can't do anything.
In the end, they even justified themselves by saying that the heating was off for compliance with municipal regulations but we spoke to the boys in the next room and their room was very hot.
The bathroom heater was also not working.
in all of this, no one has ever come to see the problem for themselves.
Too bad that with a nice structure they get lost in a glass of water ...

Posizione perfetta essendo in centro.
Personale alla reception molto gentile. Unica pecca: mi aspettavo la colazione inclusa nel prezzo invece non era compresa.
We stopped for one night. Very clean and spacious room.
Perfect location being in the center.
Very friendly reception staff. The only flaw: I was expecting breakfast included in the price but it was not included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Domus was first class. Superb accommodation in a very central location easily accessible from the train station. Very friendly, helpful and obliging staff. Beautiful surroundings for walking in the mountains and trail running. Our favourite accommodation on our European trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently remodeled and it looks great. The host was prompt and answered all of our questions. The room has free water bottles (a nice touch) and the hotel will soon have bikes for guests to use. The WiFi is decent and I had no trouble video chatting. The hotel itself is close to many great cafes, bakeries, and restaurants.
Only cons: it is a little difficult to find on foot because the entrance in not as obvious as I'm used to. Once you locate the door the rest is easy. The beds are firm, however I'm an American who likes a soft bed.
